Ricki & Brigitte’s Wedding | Brisbane Wedding Photographer

Ricki and Brigitte’s wedding was among one my favourite weddings of the year. The precision and planning that went into this day was beyond anything I had seen before. Brigitte’s mum took a personal approach to the reception and had spent the last year planning everything, right down to coloured vintage plates (total flashback to my childhood!) and an authentic, refurbished vintage bicycle. I was in photographers heaven! The ceremony was held in an amazing church at The Scots PGC College, where Brigitte kept everyone speechless with how amazing she looked as she walked down the aisle. Let’s not forget Ricki now! Ricki was a champion groom. Always smiling, always willing to go with the flow and never once complaining when I wanted to shoot more and more photos. In fact the whole bridal party were extremely accommodating to my ideas and it made for a really fun afternoon. The vintage inspired reception was held at Brigitte’s parents house and again, the attention to detail continued to amaze me.

I have to say that Ricki and Brigitte’s wedding was the perfect way to finish 2011 and now I’m even more excited to see what 2012 will bring. Happy New Year everyone!
